The 2002 film adaptation of Jane Austen's "Mansfield Park" with Frances O'Connor cast as our put-upon heroine Fanny Price sent to live at the grand estate of her wealthy relatives. Although surrounded by snobbish and at times immoral behaviour Fanny remains thoughtful and caring always aware of the privileges she has been given. Her only true ally is her cousin Edmund played by Jonny Lee Miller, who she must sadly watch fall in love with another woman, while she is forced to decide whether to marry for love or status.
