Returns Policy

It is important that our customers are able to buy with confidence from our Jane Austen Shop.  If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can be confident we will be more than happy to exchange or refund you, providing you return the purchased goods within 21 days of placing your order and the item is returned to us unused and in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags/labels and packaging attached.
